Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p>If the trip is canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid. If the trip is canceled within less than 21 days before the scheduled date, only 50% of the agreed package value will be refunded.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Modification Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Any modifications to the travel dates or trip details can be made up to 21 days before the departure date, subject to availability and feasibility. After this period, the company reserves the right to accept or reject the modification based on organizational and booking conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Weather and Emergency Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Some travel programs may be affected by weather or organizational circumstances beyond our control. The company reserves the right to adjust the program as needed to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Additional Services<\/h3>\n<p>Any services not included in the original trip details will be considered additional services. The company may charge the corresponding extra cost upon the client\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Client Conduct and Obligations<\/h3>\n<p>Clients are required to respect other participants and follow all instructions given by the tour guide. In the event of misconduct or violation of instructions, the company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including canceling the trip without
